Now, we just have to add this HTML code to your blog.
1. Go to Layout.
2. Click on Add Gadget.
3. Select HTML/JavaScript.
4. Enter the title "Categories" and copy and paste the HTML category list code in the content box with the replaced [LABEL] and [TEXT] elements. Save this and now you have your categories.

By the way, I changed some of the icons of the codes into "(" and ")" so they would be read by the computer as is. Otherwise they would've been read as codes. Just replace them with "” respectively.
